Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toniz Collins (born in Mexico) is the Mexican American journalist. She currently works as working as a sportscaster at ESPN who is also an anchor of SportsCenter news and hosting SportsNation. The first time she worked for ESPN in the year 2016. Her mother is television journalist Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta is a native bilingual. Since she was nine, Collins's ability to communicate in two languages helped her get a job in Miami as a production assistant for Univision. On a family vacation in Ohio, the young Collins took a place alongside her elder sister. Antonietta still a senior at high school, yet she had a clear idea of the path she wanted. While deciding if Mount Union is the right choice to her needs, Antonietta decided to go visit the campus. The campus was a dream for her. The university also provided her with the major that she desired. Following her graduation from high school, she decided to go to the university with a major in Media Studies. The professor she had was Mark Bergmann, who managed WRMU FM and was student in her class, formed an ongoing friendship with the student. Mark Bergmann inspired her to be self-confident and also his love for journalism deeply affected her, and she determined to meet the expectations of him and not fail him.
